It is confirmed that the greatest team in Hong Kong ever, eXplore IAW FIFA (30163) has now been botified since 08/06/2008
May this thread be in remembrance of the glorious yiuwai and his achievements.
yiuwai (real name Robert Law) was one of the leading pioneers of the Hong Kong HT community. He will forever be remembered in Hattrick folklore for being one of the most dominant teams in HT to ever play the game. His 17 titles (12 league, 5 cup) still rank 3rd in HT's all-time rankings.
Having begun his HT adventure when HK was still in China on February 8th 2002, he had won both his first season in D.III and D.II in the Chinese League.
He was among the first teams to be transfered from China to Hong Kong on August 20th 2002, and became the most dominant force in Hong Kong for many years to follow.
His glorious accolades include notwithstanding:
(12) HK League Championships: Season 1-10, Season 12-13
(5) HK Cup Triumphs: Season 1, 4, 6, 12, 13
(5) HK League + Cup Doubles: 1, 4, 6, 12, 13
In his dominant seasons, Yiuwai first trained playmaking, then shifted to training winger when the costs started escalating to train multi-skilled players.
His presence in the community was greatly felt by all - always providing advice, always friendly and helpful, and it was not until Season 15 where yiuwai's interest for the game waned. This was partly because of both his graduation from University, in which he started working in advertising, as well as a general loss in interest the game as a whole. He then started selling his players and free-falling, though he still logged in from time-to-time to keep his team alive for the last 2 years.
May we celebrate yiuwai's achievements. Thank you for contribution to HK HT yiuwai, and all the best in RL.
